You know how it is. The winter months really make it easy to put on a few pounds. Even if you live where it is beach weather in January, you still have a tendency to put on weight around the holidays and when the days are shorter. Then, all of a sudden, summer is here. Now add to that a high school reunion, and now you can see why the 3 Week Diet was becoming very appealing to me. I had already started on a weight loss plan, but it was going slow. I needed to drop almost 30 more pounds before the reunion next month.

I needed to follow a plan. My ideas were not working fast enough. Do I like dieting like that? No, but I really wanted to fit back into the jeans I was wearing last summer. Marriage is a very important step in in life. I learned that first hand. Two weeks ago, I married my beautiful wife Elly. She is my soul mate. I cannot see myself living without her in my world. Before the wedding, I had to make sure everything was perfect. One problem that I had was my teeth. They were very dingy. I knew that I needed them to be pearly white for my wedding. I needed a dentist in Wollongong.

My job is partly to blame for my position. I work for a very competitive marketing firm. Sometimes, I work long hours. I drink at least three cups of coffee in a day. Years of consuming coffee finally took its toll on my teeth. One day, I noticed my teeth in the mirror. I was mortified as to how brown my teeth were.
